Laughter and a Positive Attitude!
Laughter and joy incorporated into our lives makes life more fun. In fact there have been studies to suggest that laughter may even be good for our health! Our heart rate increases with laughter and subsequently causes our circulation to increase. This effect of laughter mimics the effects of exercise. This is not to suggest that laughter could be substituted for exercise but that it is an additional means to a healthy lifestyle. Laughter brings people together. It fosters friendships and acceptance. Even among people who don’t know each other well, it seems to make our unfamiliarity less threatening. With that thought in mind, let’s try to make someone smile today. Working on a positive attitude in life will benefit each and every one of us. Combining laughter with a positive attitude is a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. Life is so much more fun if we aren’t taking ourselves too seriously. That said, enjoy a good laugh today. Maybe you could even be the cause of someone else’s happiness!
