How is Independence Home Care’s staff of caregivers selected?
Independence Home Care selects qualified caregivers interested in joining our staff and in making a difference in people’s lives. We offer our employees a supportive and emotionally rewarding work environment paired with flexible hours and competitive wages. At Independence Home Care we believe in the opportunity to make a difference in the everyday lives of disabled, elderly, post-surgical, and other clients, and we are looking for caregivers who share our vision.

Independence Home Care requests that prospective caregivers fill out an application of employment. Upon receipt we will contact the most qualified candidates for a first round telephone interview to be followed by an in-person interview.

How are employees prepared for their assignments?
Independence Home Care matches each employee’s skills and experiences with the needs of our clients. Prior to the start of service, all employees have a formal introductory meeting with the client and an Independence HomeCare supervisor to discuss how best to meet the client’s needs and expectations.
