Independence Home Health Care requests that prospective nurses and caregivers fill out an application of employment. Upon receipt we will contact the most qualified candidates for a first round telephone interview to be followed by an in-person interview.
How are employees prepared for their assignments?
Independence Home Health Care matches each employee’s skills and experiences with the needs of our clients. Prior to the start of service, all employees have a formal introductory meeting with the client and an Independence Home Health Care supervisor to discuss how best to meet the client’s needs and expectations.
