REGISTERED NURSES
Independence Home Health Care is currently seeking Registered Nurses who meet the following requirements:
- Strong clinical/nursing skills, including physiological knowledge, infection control, medication management, and health promotion and maintenance skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to maintain cooperative relationships among health care team and family members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient understanding of charting requirements; experience with electronic medical records a plus.
- Ability to travel to assigned cases.
- A minimum of one year of previous home health care experience.
- A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing.
HOME HEALTH AIDES, CNA’s, AND CAREGIVERS
Independence Home Health Care is currently seeking HHA’s, CNA’s, and caregivers who meet the following requirements:
- One year of home care experience
- Current statement of good health from physician (including negative TB test)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Three references and previous employment verification
- Clear background check
- Passing grade on written test following in-house training program
